The Findery Payment and Chargeback Policy

The Findery does not issue refunds for partial returns. A refund requires the full order returned in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and for providing valid tracking within one business day of an approved return. Items must arrive in the same condition they were delivered.

No partial returns are accepted. Any items returned used, damaged, missing parts, or altered will result in a denied refund.

Chargebacks filed without returning the full order violate store policy. Delivery confirmation, customer communication, and these posted policies will be provided to the bank for all disputes. By placing an order or submitting payment to The Findery, the customer agrees to all posted terms and policies.
