Refund policy

We are a small American owned business and we take pride in fast shipping and honest service. To protect our customers and our inventory, all returns are handled under the strict policy below.


1. Full Order Return Required

If a refund is requested, the customer must return the entire order, not individual pieces.
Partial returns are not accepted for refunds under any circumstances.

If a customer attempts to dispute a full order but only sends back one item, the return is void.


2. Buyer Pays All Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid labels and we do not reimburse postage for any return.


3. 24 Hour Return Window

Once a return is approved, the customer has 24 hours to ship the return and upload valid tracking.

If tracking is not provided within 24 hours, the return is void and no refund will be issued.


4. Original Packaging and Condition Required

All items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in.

This includes:

  • original packaging

  • all accessories

  • manuals

  • tags

  • protective materials

Items returned used, damaged, swapped, missing pieces, or altered will be denied.


5. Inspection Required Before Refund

Refunds are issued only after the full order has been returned and inspected.
Any missing items or damage will result in a denied refund.


6. Noncompliance Void

If any part of this return policy is not followed, the return is void and no refund will be issued.

This includes:

  • failure to return the full order

  • failure to ship within 24 hours

  • no tracking

  • tracking that shows late shipment

  • returning items in different condition

  • attempting to return used or substituted items


7. Chargeback Protection

If a customer files a chargeback but keeps the merchandise, the dispute will be rejected.

Proof submitted will include:

  • delivery confirmation

  • this posted return policy

  • confirmation that the full order was never returned

  • evidence of noncompliance with the 24 hour rule

  • inspection photos

  • any communication between The Findery and the customer

Filing a chargeback without returning the full order is considered policy violation and refund abuse.

The Findery will always defend chargebacks with documented evidence and will seek recovery of funds for merchandise not returned.


8. Warranty, Replacement, and Lost Package Support

If an item is lost or damaged in transit before delivery to the customer, The Findery handles the claim and issues a replacement.

This policy only applies to returned orders initiated by the customer.


9. No Exceptions Policy

To ensure fairness for all customers and to prevent return fraud, exceptions to this policy are not granted.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with The Findery, the customer agrees to all terms of this Return and Refund Policy.



Chargeback Rules

Chargebacks filed without returning the full order in original condition are considered a violation of our store policy. The Findery will submit evidence including delivery confirmation, return policy, condition rules, and communication history for all disputes.
