Welcome to The Findery. When you shop with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect both you and our business so we can keep offering great products at fair prices.

1. Conditions of Use

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms and any posted store policies, including our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Product Accuracy

We do our best to describe every item accurately. Many of our products are open box or specialty finds, and we always provide honest condition notes and photos.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including limited inventory, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • entering accurate shipping information

  • reading product descriptions

  • understanding posted store policies

  • returning items according to our return policy

5. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • misuse our site

  • attempt fraud

  • abuse chargeback systems

  • use false information

  • exploit return policies

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by shipping carriers, system outages, or factors outside our control.

The Findery operates in the United States and all transactions follow U.S. law.

9. KFLO SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in through the KFLO agent onboarding process, you agree to receive transactional and operational SMS or MMS messages from KFLO / The Findery related to lead assignments, route updates, workflow reminders, navigation links, appointment notifications, and job-related support.

Message frequency varies based on active assignments and workflow activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. KFLO / The Findery is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

PAYMENT AND CHARGEBACK POLICY

We take payment security seriously and we protect our business from fraud and policy abuse.

1. Accepted Payments

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, Strive, PayPal, and major credit cards.

2. Return Requirement for Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the entire order is returned according to our posted Return Policy.
Partial returns will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Chargeback Abuse

If a chargeback is filed without returning the full order in original condition, the customer is in violation of store policy.
Evidence submitted to the bank will include:

  • delivery confirmation

  • photos

  • order details

  • our posted Return Policy

  • confirmation that no return was made

  • customer communication

  • timestamps of violations

4. Customer Responsibilities During Disputes

Customers must:

  • return the entire order

  • follow the 24 hour tracking rule

  • return items in original condition

5. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or refuse service to any customer involved in:

  • suspicious activity

  • contradictory claims

  • repeated disputes

  • partial return attempts

  • merchandise switching

6. Final Authority

Banks and payment processors make the final decision on chargebacks. We will always defend disputes with full documentation.
