🚚 Shipping Policy

At The Findery, we hustle hard to get your order packed and shipped fast. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

📦 General Shipping Info

  • We ship straight outta the scenic hills of Tennessee, USA 🇺🇸

  • You’ll get an email with tracking details the moment your order heads out

  • Shipping timelines depend on your location and selected carrier at checkout

⚡ Expedited Shipping

Need it sooner? Select expedited shipping at checkout (if available) and we’ll prioritize it like a VIP drop. Questions? Hit us up at info@shopthefindry.com before placing your order.

📮 PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes, but only through carriers that support it — typically USPS. If you choose a shipping method that won’t deliver to a PO Box, we’ll contact you for an alternative address.

🔍 Tracking & Delivery Issues

We provide tracking for all orders. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates once your label is created.

The Findery is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked delivered but not received

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

That said — we’re humans, not robots. If something’s off, contact us here and we’ll do what we can to help.

✈️ International Orders

We primarily ship within the United States, but international shipping may be available on request. Email us before placing your order to discuss options.

 

Chargebacks
If a customer files a chargeback without returning the full order, no refund will be issued and evidence will be provided to the bank.
